Travel mug Instructions

1. Wash the mug body with a neutral detergent before use.
2. Add hot water (ice water) before use for pre-heating or pre-cooling for better insulation effect.
3. Tighten the stopper and cap clockwise to prevent leakage.
4. When drinking, unscrew the lid counterclockwise and press the stopper button to pour water.
5. The self-locking function of the stopper can be closed automatically by directly closing the outer cover.
6. Unscrew the stopper and put it in a large block of ice.




The cleaning method

1. Must be cleaned after each use.
2. Please clean with a mild neutral detergent. Do not use bleach or chlorine-based cleaners to avoid damaging the product. ,

 

  Precautions

1. Do not fill carbonated drinks or dry ice, so as not to spray out drinks or stoppers.
2. Don't pack milk to avoid corruption.
3. Please avoid impact and fall, so as not to damage the bottle and affect the insulation performance.

4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 25-30 working days after received the deposit 
 
5. How many colors are available?
Provide us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.and when finish the colour sample ,we will show you the picture by email for confirm.
 
6. Which kinds of Certificate would you have?
This model have no certificate at present,
But our Material can pass SGS,FDA, LFGB, CIQ etc.
